When can I apply?
EOI submissions open: Monday 4 September 2023
EOI submissions close: Tuesday 3 October 2023 at 2pm AEST.
Property Inspection
Inspection of the spaces is not available for the EOI process.
When will I know if my EOI is successful?
If your application is successful you will be contacted by IB Property Pty Ltd, who has been appointed to assist Create NSW with the EOI and tenancy placement, to discuss your interest further.
Successful applicant/s will be notified in October/November 2023.
