Welcome to the Grant Application Form

Checklist

Before you begin, please review the following documentation that will need to be uploaded at various points throughout your application.

Evidence of total venue capacity through one of the following:
1) Development consent for use of premises
2) Liquor licence
3) Fire safety certificate
4) A council-approved venue management plan
5) A letter or email from your local council
6) If none of these alternatives are available, you may provide a venue floor plan that clearly displays the floor dimensions and total square metres of usable floor space.

 

Evidence of permission to operate after 5pm at least once a week via one of the following documents:
1) Development consent for use of premises
2) Liquor licence
3) A letter or email from your local council confirming your approved operating hours

 
Evidence of a lease of the hospitality venue with a minimum period of 24 months remaining of the lease term (excluding any option to renew) from 1 January 2026
Optional: Proof of venue licence agreement for the presentation of live music or performance (OneMusic licence)
This can also be provided with progress report (Milestone 3) if successful.
Financial statements (including balance sheet and profit/loss statement) for at least the last 12 months (at the time of submitting an application)
Quotes for items over $1,000 outlined in your budget
Supporting information such as videos or letters of support from stakeholders, community members, or your local council.
