Overview

Create NSW is currently gathering exciting, vibrant and contemporary images and moving image files from projects or programs funded by Create NSW, which we can use to profile arts, screen and culture from across NSW to use in our promotional material.

If you have 5-10 high resolution jpeg (each between 1MB - 5MB) or mp4 files of your funded arts and cultural projects / programs including exhibitions, events, performances, festivals, people participating in arts and cultural experiences and external/internal shots of cultural infrastructure. 

Images may be used for a range of purposes, including on our website and social media channels, in our electronic newsletters, showreels, presentations, and in printed and digital collateral. 

If you could please upload your selection of images and/or moving images to Smartygrants by 18 August 2025 along with the completed image permission form with credits/captions, it would be greatly appreciated. Create NSW are committed to ensuring all images used are correctly credited - please provide the full image caption and photographers credit when completing the image permission form.
