Making an Application

To apply for NSW Performing Arts COVID-19 Support Package:

  • Read the 2021 NSW Performing Arts COVID-19 Support Package Guidelines and check your eligibility before applying
  • Gather your supporting evidence:
    • Schedule of performances (template available for download later in application)
    • Average ticket price and total tickets available for each performance
    • Relevant Box Office reports
    • List of Related Parties (in case you are not the only party eligible)
    • Marketing material used to promote impacted performances
    • Statutory declaration (template available for download later in application)
  • Fill out the application form


Funding will cover performances impacted by NSW Government Public Health Orders from 26th June 2021 to 30th Septermber 2021.

Please note only ONE applicant can apply for support for the impacted performance and may be either the Venue, Producer or Promoter of the performance. This person or entity will be the “Primary Applicant” and will be required to ensure contractual arrangements that may exist between themselves and other “Related Parties” are honoured in line with the payments made by Create NSW.
